      <image:caption>What does wellness mean to you? These days it seems like everywhere we look that there is conflicting information about health and wellness. This can be overwhelming. The thing is, you are unique, which means that your health and wellness plan should be unique too. I came to be passionate about health and wellness after experiencing health issues starting at a young age. The doctors I met with weren’t sure why I was experiencing these issues, and I believed my only course of action was to run more tests and take more medications. I felt like an ongoing experiment without any other options. While I am a firm believer in the essential role of modern medicine, I wish I had known then that there were other tools for supporting heath and wellness. Through my own experiences and conversations with others, I developed the My EcoSystem plan. We will view your current struggles through a unique lens that addresses several key areas of your overall wellness. Together we will create and implement a wellness plan that fits your needs so you can live your healthiest and happiest life.</image:caption>
